ICDIS 2026 has been successfully held!

The 3rd International Symposium on Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated Systems (ICDIS 2026) was successfully held on August 3, 2026. This conference brought together experts and scholars from multiple countries and regions, including the China, Italy, Japan, Singapore, and many others, to conduct in-depth exchanges on cutting-edge frontier topics. Through keynote speeches and oral presentations, participants shared the latest advances and research outcomes in the fields of Integrated Circuits, Semiconductors, Optoelectronic Integration, Electronic Hardware, demonstrated and discussed the newest innovations, trends, challenges, and solutions in the field.

In the keynote speech session, Assoc. Prof. Muhammad Junaid from China University of Mining and Technology, China, delivered a keynote speech titled Effects of magnetic fields on the arc quenching performance of medium voltage liquid nitrogen switch.

Prof. Anton Dianov from Wenzhou University, China, delivered a keynote speech titled Integrated Motor Drives with Improved Cooling.

Prof. Yoshiaki Daimon Hagiwara from Sojo University, Japan, delivered a keynote speech titled Challenging 80% QE photodiode with Built-in Power-supply and Image-sensor Functions for Future AI robots.

Prof. Luigi Fortuna from STM Lab+, Italy, delivered a keynote speech titled The Universal Dynamical Core: A Minimalist Cellular Framework for Integrated Multi-Scale Complex Dynamics.

Dr. Tee Hui Teo from Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore, delivered a keynote speech titled Programmable Anomaly Detector System.

Following the keynote session, a number of participating scholars from institutions including Simon Fraser University, Canada, National Taiwan University, Shanghai Gaoshi Electric Technology Co., Ltd., China took part in the oral presentation session, showcasing their latest research findings and sharing their insights from learning and research.

This conference has provided a platform for scholars in the fields of integrated circuits and integrated systems to present their research outcomes and exchange academic advances. Looking ahead, the conference will continue to leverage its strengths, focus on frontier topics in the field, facilitate the sharing of theoretical breakthroughs and technological innovations among scholars, further promote scientific research exchanges and cooperation, and jointly advance the sustainable development of the field.
