The 3rd International Symposium on Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated Systems (ICDIS 2026) will be held in Inner Mongolia, China on August 1-3, 2026 in a hybrid format.

The conference will provide a platform for all industry insiders and scholars from all over the world, where researchers, engineers and students from industry, universities and government institutions will present their latest work and discuss many applications of Integrated circuit design and integrated systems. Call for Papers

ICDIS 2026 welcomes the submission of original and significant contributions. Each submission will be anonymously reviewed by an average of three independent reviewers to maintain a high standard of quality. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for indexing to EI Compendex and Scopus.

ICDIS 2026 follows the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication misconduct. This Conference does not accept any type of plagiarism, which means that any author replicating a significant part of another's work without acknowledging him/her or passing another's work off as his/her own will be neither tolerated nor published.

All authors submitting their works to ICDIS 2026 for publication as original works confirm that the submitted papers are their own contributions and have not been copied in whole or in part from other works.(read more)
